Position: Design Manager

The Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the work originated and generated by personnel within the Design department.

1. Manage the work of employees using computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering and design tasks.
2. Communicate with sales, building designers, and customers as required to gather information for timely completion of projects.
3. Review design work completed by designers prior to production.
4. Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 4-6 years of directly related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous managerial experience is required.
