Job summary

Builders FirstSource in Conroe, TX is seeking a Design Manager to lead the Design department's output and ensure accurate engineering and design work. You will supervise staff using CAD software and related equipment to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.

You will coordinate with sales, building designers and customers to gather information for timely completion, review work before production, and carry out management responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or 4-6 years of directly related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous managerial experience required.
