Gray AES in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Design Manager, Assistant to lead architectural design teams on diverse projects. You will mentor staff, collaborate with project teams, and contribute to technical proposals and design schedules.

Supervisory ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supervising team members such as Architectural Technicians on various sized projects. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training team members, planning, assigning, and directing work; providing input for appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
