• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Technical Management, or related field preferred.
• ETO (Engineer-to-Order) manufacturing experience preferred.

Job Description

Work Environment

This is an onsite position supporting engineering and manufacturing operations. The role involves a combination of office and production floor interaction, requiring regular collaboration with engineering, fabrication, production, and leadership teams. The environment is fast-paced, supporting multiple active projects, and provides an opportunity to build and own the document control function with significant growth driven by data center projects extending through 2028. The position offers exposure to engineering, production, fabrication, ERP, and quality functions within a startup-like agile organization.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marietta, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $57.69/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
