MetaLab is looking for a Design Lead to steer product design projects across the Americas. You will guide the design process from concept to delivery, lead client discussions, and push teams beyond the status quo while maintaining high-quality output and outcomes.

You will mentor designers, collaborate with Product Managers and engineers, and ensure feasible, innovative implementations across desktop, mobile, and web. A strong portfolio and leadership in design are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design at a digital product agency or consultancy.
• Proven mastery of UI/UX principles and design tooling (Figma).
• Portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design strengths.

Responsabilités

• Guide the design process throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Drive client presentations and discussions of your team’s work.
• Foster positive client relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Client Partners to scope project requirements.
• Coach and mentor Product Designers to help career growth.
