Job summary

Other Tomorrows LLC is seeking fall interns in design disciplines for January to March 2027 in the Boston area. You will join a small multi-disciplinary team, contribute to concept projects, and participate in internal initiatives while learning through hands-on collaboration.

You will work across strategic and visual design, with opportunities to conduct research, contribute ideas, and learn best practices. This hybrid studio role requires in-person presence 3+ days per week in Boston.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years design experience
• Training in a design program or certificate/bootcamp
• Proficient with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to work in Boston in person 3+ days/week

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategists, designers, developers, and client teams to learn, design, and develop strategies based on human insights
• Consistently produce high-quality designs that bring a compelling experience to life
• Stay current on and share best practices and design trends
• Participate in ethnographic, quantitative, and usability research and document findings
• Collaborate on multiple, concurrent projects at various phases in their lifecycle
• Proactively contribute with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Learn, grow, and have fun with the team
