Other Tomorrows is seeking design-minded interns for a summer-to-fall program in Boston. This hybrid role invites you to contribute to multi‑discipline project teams, work on concept projects, and participate in internal initiatives with a small, culture‑driven design studio.
You will collaborate with strategists, designers, and developers, learn through doing, and help create compelling experiences from September to December 2026.
You might be in school or have recently graduated with a degree in brand design, experience design, UX or UI design, service design, or communications design.
Interns join Other Tomorrows to learn, chip in, have fun, and inspire us by providing a fresh perspective. Interns often join project teams, work on concept projects, and help with internal initiatives. Whatever the role, there is always plenty to learn working alongside our small multi‑disciplinary team.
Your core skill set is grounded in stunning design execution. You’re excited to be a hybrid designer who loves to stretch. You are able and excited to flex seamlessly between strategic design thinking, beautiful visual design, and whatever other project challenges come our way. You are excited to be part of a small but passionate team dedicated to growing a culture‑first strategic design studio. Most importantly you are scrappy, open minded, excited for every opportunity, and ready to jump in to help solve whatever design challenges come your way.
This position is for a full‑time internship at Other Tomorrows lasting approximately 3–4 months, September to December 2026. If this timeline doesn’t work with your degree or program, please keep us in mind for future intern programs — we will begin searching for Winter 2026 interns in October.
Pay: $30/hr
