Job summary

OnePay is seeking a Design Intern to join the NYC team for an 8-week full-time program (June 21 – August 13, 2027). You will support product discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and contribute to the design system while working with Product, Engineering, and Analytics partners.

You should be a final-year undergraduate design student with a portfolio or prior internship experience, ready to work in-person in New York City several days a week.

Qualifications

• Currently in final year of undergrad with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• At least one prior internship or a portfolio of substantial design projects to discuss.
• Full-time, 8-week program running June 21 – August 13, 2027; NYC office 3–4 days a week.
• Act-like-an-owner mentality, thrive in a fast-moving environment, collaborate well.
• Clear communication of ideas is a strength; you are organized and detail-oriented.
• Excited to learn and grow in a rapidly growing fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Team Integration: paired with Design team members and cross-functional partners.
• Real-World Projects: support product discovery, prototyping, and contribute to the design system.
• Skill Building & Career Growth: workshops, resume prep, interview practice, leadership networking.
