Job summary

The engineering role starts by opening customer files, translating ideas into actionable objectives, estimating effort, and mapping a schedule that keeps parts moving to the floor.

You will produce robust CAD models and drawings for manufacturing, coordinate with development and manufacturing teams, and maintain clear, timely communication with customers to ensure every detail is captured and delivered.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering; or 5+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Continuous-improvement mindset with strong communication.

Your day-to-dayYou start by opening a new set of customer files—sketches, models, and notes that outline a fresh concept. You translate those ideas into actionable project objectives, estimate the time required, and map a schedule that gets parts to the floor on time. Throughout the day, you build production-ready 3D models and drawings, coordinate with development and manufacturing, and keep communication flowing with customers to ensure every detail is captured and documented.
