Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive’s Hill's Pet Nutrition internship in Topeka, KS offers a Design Execution internship focused on print production, pre-media, and data analysis. Work with cross-functional teams, participate in projects, and gain exposure to senior leaders within a global consumer products company.

Two timeframes are available: January–June and June–December. This paid internship includes a competitive hourly rate plus housing/relocation assistance and a hybrid work model in Topeka, Kansas.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or higher pursuing a degree in Graphic Communications with packaging interest.
• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
• Ability to work in the United States on a permanent and unlimited basis.
• Paid internship with competitive hourly pay plus housing/relocation stipend.

Responsibilities

• Print Production & Pre-media work supporting packaging projects.
• Color and Print Quality assessment for product campaigns.

What we offer

Based at our Pet Nutrition Center in Topeka, Kansas, this internship offers hands-on experience in print production, project management, and data analysis alongside expert scientists.

Multiple positions are available across two timeframes: January - June and June - December.

Qualifications

• Must be at least a Sophomore or higher seeking a degree in Graphic Communications with an interest in packaging.


• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA


• Ability to work in the United States on a permanent and unlimited basis


• This is a paid internship that provides a very competitive hourly pay rate plus a generous housing/relocation assistance stipend.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $26.00 - $38.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
