FOX Factory is seeking a Design Engineering Specialist to lead vehicle program launch objectives within Production Integration. You will design and develop 3D models, assess manufacturability, create jigs and templates, and help prototype vehicles, advancing from design to mass production.
You’ll drive design-for-manufacturability improvements, prepare manufacturing documentation, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Production and Quality teams to meet program milestones.

The Design Engineering Specialist will lead specific vehicle program launch objectives for the Production Integration segment of the Product Development team, streamlining the transition from design into mass production. This individual will actively design and develop 3D models, factoring for various fabrication and manufacturing processes, and participate in hands‑on creation of prototype vehicles.
Mechanical Engineering degree required
EIT Certification preferred
2+ years of experience 3D modeling
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Solidworks 3D Experience Required.
Automotive and/or Aerospace industry experience preferred
Shop & Office Environments
Occasionally lift and or move heavy objects.
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on a computer.
Some travel required to support program launch and test installation functions.
