Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work on many different projects at once.
• Experience with CAD and spreadsheets is required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews designs from customers for suitability and suggests changes to reduce cost.
• Interacts with customers' engineers to understand requirements and design accordingly.
• Designs process improvements to enhance safety, repeatability and quality.
• Participates in tooling development to meet design criteria and standards.
• Supports other departments with engineering needs and quick lead times.
• Keeps Engineering Manager informed of project status and deadlines.
