Job summary

NorthPoint Development is seeking a Design Engineer to join the SitePoint team in Kansas City, MO. This in-office role will collaborate with engineers, planners, and surveyors to advance site development projects across industrial, data center, multifamily, and retail platforms.

You will conceptualize site plans, define grades and utility layouts, and use AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater tools to deliver efficient designs. A civil engineering degree and licensure track are required/encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and licensure progression toward licensure in any state.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills for fast-paced projects.
• Interest in site development, stormwater management and transportation design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, planners and surveyors in a team environment.
• Gain experience toward professional engineer certification and oversee design challenges.
• Conceptualize site plans, define grades and utility layouts for large projects using Civil 3D.
