Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in design engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in design and fabrication of mechanical seals preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of sealing solutions from concept to commercialization.
• Design verification using finite element analysis tools.
• Design and implementation of test methods and hardware for new product validation.
• Manage building and testing of prototype parts.
• Work with manufacturing, quality, and product-line engineers to ensure manufacturability.
• Assist in creating process control documentation.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams for technical guidance.
• Revise drawings and change orders.
• Write technical specifications and reports.
