ARMI Hygienic Systems in Arkansas is seeking a Process Equipment & Installation – Design Engineer to design and build projects for process equipment and installation systems. You will model and design with SolidWorks, Inventor and CAD, and you may accompany Sales Engineers and Project Engineers to pre-bid meetings.

You must be able to be onsite during system testing and startups, review drawings for manufacturability, and optimize designs for customer satisfaction and profitability while

Qualifications

• Must have a mechanical engineering background or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum 3+ years using SolidWorks, Inventor and/or CAD.
• Experience with 2D/3D food process layouts and sheet metal design is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and build projects for process equipment and installation systems.
• Model and design for projects using SolidWorks, Inventor and CAD.
• Accompany Sales Engineers and Project Engineers to pre-bid meetings as needed.
• Be onsite during system testing and startups.
• Review designs for manufacturability; ensure drawings are clear and user friendly.
• Optimize designs for customer satisfaction and profitability; ensure compliance with industry standards.
