Job summary

Intellectt INC. seeks a Design Engineer with expertise in Multibody Simulation (ADAMS) in Detroit, Michigan. The role involves developing system-level mechanism simulation models and building high-fidelity full-vehicle models using MSC ADAMS/Car.

The ideal candidate will also conduct ride and handling analyses and should have a B.Tech and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Strong communication skills and knowledge in MATLAB and Python are advantageous.

Role: Multibody Simulation (ADAMS) Engineer
Location: Detroit, Michigan

Job Description & Required Skills:

• Expertise in Multibody Simulation (ADAMS)
• Experience as an MBD VRLDA (Virtual Road Load Data) Engineer
• Develop system-level mechanism simulation models
• Build high-fidelity full-vehicle models using MSC ADAMS/Car
• Conduct ride and handling analysis in MSC ADAMS/Car and interpret results
• Perform static load generation analysis in ADAMS/Car and ADAMS/View
• Create macros to streamline and enhance output efficiency
• Work closely with the design team to develop a robust full-vehicle ADAMS/Car model
• Correlate simulation results with real‑world vehicle or subsystem measurements
• Preferred experience in MATLAB and Python within the ADAMS/Car environment
• Knowledge of DOE (Design of Experiments) & optimization
• Strong communication skills
