Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Agricultural Eng. preferred; associate with experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Generate, evaluate and analyze design concepts using data-driven engineering.
• Develop 3D models, drawings and specs for mechanical equipment using CAD (Autodesk Inventor).
• Prototype and test designs to validate performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and operations to resolve challenges.
• Compute engineering calculations and develop detailed specs for components and machinery.
• Modify designs to improve performance and manufacturability.
• Interface with customers and service teams for troubleshooting and planning.
• Prepare technical illustrations, manuals and documentation for operation and maintenance.
• Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure designs meet standards, requirements and customer specs.
