Travel up to 25% is possible while ensuring safety, sustainability, and cost optimization. The role requires a strong CAD background and experience with industrial engineering in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
• 4+ years of industrial, operations, manufacturing, or project engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA and SQL at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D CAD drawings of delivery station layouts with conveyor systems and automation based on requirements.
• Lead design efforts to develop optimal last-mile delivery station solutions with material handling equipment and automation.
• Develop and present technical documents detailing design specifications and rationale aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to generate cost-effective solutions.
• Translate strategic visions into roadmaps and specific technical solutions for stakeholders.
• Refine designs based on feedback, data, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.
• Ensure designs meet safety, operational, and sustainability goals while optimizing cost.
• Stay current with CAD technologies and best practices in industrial design.
• Contribute to design standards and best practices within the organization.
