Work spans powertrain, hydraulics, electronics, structures, and machine integration to deliver advanced mining equipment. Role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, prototype validation, and supplier collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, or related technical discipline.
• Knowledge of CAD and engineering analysis tools.
• Experience in design for manufacturability and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of Large Mining Truck Engine Installation and Cooling systems by creating innovative solutions.
• Develop and document functional requirements and translate needs into robust designs and specs.
• Research emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvements and cost optimization.
• Coordinate prototype builds, testing, and validation activities to verify requirements.
• Collaborate with Powertrain, Hydraulics, Electronics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product Support teams.
