Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Design Engineer II in Warroad, MN to join the Ultimate Door R&D team. You will design and validate products, maintain CAD models and drawings, and drive design changes through ECN/ECI processes while supporting prototypes and verification activities.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and product teams to improve robustness, document decisions, and communicate results clearly across functions. Relocation benefits apply and competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years applying engineering principles to product design, problem solving, testing, and manufacturing support.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD modeling and engineering drawing creation, preferably Inventor, Creo, SolidWorks.
• Working knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, material selection, manufacturability, and engineering change control.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production environments, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering design and production support for Ultimate Door products produced in Ripley, TN.
• Create, update, and maintain 3D CAD models, drawings, specs, and design docs.
• Develop and implement design changes with ECN/ECI processes and proper documentation.
• Support prototype builds, testing, verification, and validation activities.
• Capture and analyze field feedback to identify design improvements and robustness.
