• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Ocean Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with 3D surface modeling and CAD development, preferably Rhino.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers, manufacturing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• A passion for boating, product development and innovative engineering solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Developing innovative boat systems and components from concept through production.
• Creating and refining 3D surface models and engineering designs using Rhino.
• Designing mechanical systems, propulsion configurations, and moving feature systems.
• Collaborating with suppliers to develop high-quality components and resolve technical challenges.
• Supporting product launches and manufacturing integration to ensure successful execution.
• Driving engineering change requests and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Performing compliance testing and supporting regulatory certification requirements.
• Helping deliver products that meet Chris-Craft's standards for quality, performance, craftsmanship, and manufacturability.
