This position will lead a team of engineers responsible for developing, designing, qualifying, and supporting production in actuation for AeroMotion. This position works in partnership with project managers, project engineers, and other functional groups to coordinate schedules, priorities, resources, and budgets in support of Aero Motion and Textron Aviation projects. The Engineer-Group Lead will foster a work environment which encourages communication, collaboration, innovation, creativity, individual responsibility, growth, and a spirit of teamwork, as well as provide engineering advice and assistance to other functions as required.
Bachelor's Degree in:
7 years of experience in aviation, engineering, or another related field.

Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range should be used as a general guide only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $121990 - $243540 per year.
