Job summary

Polymarket is seeking a Design Engineer to craft polished, engaging interfaces across products for millions of users. You will partner with design and engineering to deliver accessible, transparent experiences that elevate the product.

You’ll build UI components and animations, own the design system, and drive end-to-end product development while staying ahead of evolving web tech and design trends. A strong eye for detail and communication is essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in design engineering or frontend development.
Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript with emphasis on interactions and polish.
Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
Experience with Figma, design tokens, and design systems to bridge design intent and production.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build and prototype UI components, animations, and interactions with performance in mind.
Own and evolve Polymarket's design system for consistency across products.
Work end-to-end from ideation to implementation with a strong point of view.
Bridge design and engineering to align final product with vision.
Stay ahead of web technologies and design trends and bring best practices to the team.
