Job summary

Actalent is seeking an entry-level Design Engineer in Lisle, IL, focused on Civil or Mechanical engineering disciplines. The role involves creating and refining designs, drawings, and documentation, with a hybrid work model combining office and remote work.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical engineering, up to 2 years’ experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD (GIS a plus). Local travel for site work may be required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lisle, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $31.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
