Zusammenfassung

MPI is seeking a Design Engineer to create and improve engineering designs across multiple sectors in a fast‑paced environment. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, support production documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualified candidates have a Mechanical Engineering background with CAD experience, strong problem solving, and excellent communication skills. This on‑site role offers a competitive salary and growth opportunities within a global engineering

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a 3.0+ GPA required or preferred.
  • Internship, co-op, or professional experience in engineering.
  • Experience using CAD/design software and standard business applications.
  • Exposure to product design, manufacturing environments, and engineering best practices.
  • Knowledge of fabrication, machining, or other industrial production processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with simulation, modeling, and design validation tools is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Support the design‑to‑production process by preparing and maintaining engineering documentation.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address technical challenges and drive continuous process improvements.
