Job summary

S&B USA Construction & Fay is seeking a Design Engineer to support preconstruction design delivery across various projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Design Manager to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Responsibilities include reviewing designs, coordinating changes, and communicating with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and has 3-6 years of relevant experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401K plan with company matching.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience with Design-Build or public-private partnership projects.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) is preferred, Engineer-in-Training required.
• Familiarity with AASHTO, FHWA, and DOT standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the preconstruction design delivery of projects.
• Coordinate RFI’s, work changes, and design submittals.
• Review designs for quality and technical accuracy.
