Job summary

Confido is building the operating system for CPG brands, covering demand planning, finance, accounting, and sales in one platform. You will shape the product and contribute to the design system within a small NYC team.

This role blends design and front-end engineering, working closely with product and engineering to ship features rapidly, with an emphasis on thoughtful UX, layout, motion, and high‑polish interfaces. NYC relocation offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience across design and front-end in B2B SaaS or complex workflows.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and craft.
• Ability to make large, ambiguous projects feel simple and shipped.
• Experience with startups and shipping features quickly.
• Familiarity with AI tools in design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategic direction of product and feature roadmaps.
• Build working prototypes and validate with real customers.
• Partner with engineering to define, prototype and ship features rapidly.
• Refine design details and contribute to the design system.
• Deliver high-quality work under real constraints.
