Job summary

Wastequip Inc. is seeking a Design Engineer to join its Container Engineering group based in Statesville, North Carolina. You will design waste containers while ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness, involving tasks such as creating drawings, specifications, and leading product data alignment across business units.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, has at least 2 years of design experience in a manufacturing operation, and is proficient with AutoCAD and Inventor.

Qualifications

This role will sit in Statesville North Carolina manufacturing facilities.This individual will design waste containers and associated products in accordance with customer requirements and company standards.
