Job summary

Summit Careers Inc. designs harsh-environment connectors, cable assemblies, and hull penetrators for subsea applications, taking products from concept through production-ready designs.

The role involves designing complex products for harsh subsea environments, developing concepts and production documentation, and collaborating with multiple internal teams. Occasional travel may be required and strong SOLIDWORKS/2D drafting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of design engineering experience preferred.
• Strong SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD, 2D drafting and mechanical design skills.
• Strong communication, organization and customer collaboration skills.
• Ability to occasionally travel.
