Job summary

AGCO in Jackson, MN is seeking a design engineer to translate product requirements into precise 3D CAD models, analyze performance and manufacturability, and create detailed 2D drawings for release into the business system.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and marketing to communicate design intent, resolve issues, and balance performance, cost, risk, and timelines while delivering accurate drawings for procurement.

Your Compensation

This position will be within the range of $47,720 to 91,428 based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 7% of compensation.
