Job summary

Acro Service Corporation is seeking an experienced CAD/Mechanical Engineer in Chandler, AZ, to create and review mechanical drawings and models using Siemens NX/CATIA CAD tools. The role requires GD&T expertise and the ability to work with Teamcenter for model management.

The candidate should be able to produce parametric drawings in line with ASME standards and may supervise staff as needed. Strong communication and time management are essential for meeting schedules on a government/defense

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD tools such as Siemens NX or CATIA.
• GD&T proficiency.
• Experience creating technical drawings and models.
• Knowledge of ASME 3D modeling and drawing standards.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and review mechanical drawings with appropriate personnel verifying completed work, checking dimensions, materials and quantities to be used.
• Mechanical modeling using NX 2412 managed with Teamcenter.
• Create/Revise parametric drawings in conformance with ASME 3D modeling and drawing standards.
• As requested, may supervise and direct the activities of staff.
• Perform related duties as assigned or required.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Windows and NX 2412 as required.

Must Have

• Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing (GD&T)

Job Responsibilities

1. Create and review mechanical drawings with appropriate personnel verifying completed work, checking dimensions, materials and quantities to be used.

2. Mechanical modeling using NX 2412 managed with Teamcenter.

3. Create/Revise parametric drawings in conformance with ASME 3D modeling and drawing standards.

4. As requested, may supervise and direct the activities of staff.

5. Perform related duties as assigned or required.

o Knowledge of Word, Excel, Windows and NX 2412 as required.

o Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

o Ability to work quickly and accurately while under schedule pressure and exhibit a large degree of patience.

o Strong time management and organizational skills.
