The Mechanical Engineer engages in compressor design at the Buffalo Technology Center. All Mechanical Engineers are involved with design, tendering, product development, and testing of our equipment at global facilities. Principal responsibilities include high precision gearing design, casing design, and modelling and drafting components for MSG ETO and CTO centrifugal compressors. Mechanical Engineers are expected to have a high degree of tech savvy and continuously stay up to date with the latest industry trends. Extensive analytical and engineering effort is used to assure the mechanical performance of the compressor. The focus of this position is Engineered to Order (ETO) system design.
The pay rangefor this role is Min - 70000 - Max - 90000. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate’s skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
