This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Test, and Program Management throughout the product lifecycle and is well suited for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
PacSci EMC is seeking a Design Engineer to support the design, development, improvement, production, and sustainment of ordnance components and systems for mission-critical products supporting the U.S. warfighter. This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Test, and Program Management throughout the product lifecycle. Successful Design Engineers are naturally curious, take ownership of their work, enjoy solving complex technical problems, and thrive in a collaborative, hands-on engineering environment.
Engineers on this team wear many hats and become technical experts on PacSci EMC products. They demonstrate curiosity, resilience, accountability, sound engineering judgment, and a willingness to learn while supporting design, manufacturing, testing, and continuous improvement.
