Job summary

TYG partners with a leading landscape architecture firm in Austin to hire a Landscape Architect with 4+ years of experience. The role focuses on contributing to a range of high-quality public projects within a collaborative, design-led studio.

You will take on increasing responsibility as you develop your career within an established practice. Responsibilities include assisting with design development and construction documentation, developing planting and landscape plans, and producing drawings

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a landscape architecture firm
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, Lumion, and Photoshop

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape design development and construction documentation.
• Develop planting, grading, hardscape, and landscape plans.
• Produce drawings, details, schedules, and presentation materials.
• Contribute to design concepts, materials, planting, and site planning.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Participate in site visits and support projects through various phases.
• Work alongside experienced landscape architects and take on increasing responsibility.
