Lowney Architecture is seeking a Job Captain to join our design-driven Los Angeles team. You will own project documentation, coordinate consultants, and support projects from entitlement through construction.

We value an organized, self-driven, and collaborative architect with strong Revit skills and a solid understanding of building codes and detailing. This role offers meaningful work on housing and community-focused projects within a mentorship-rich culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on multi-family, commercial, and/or industrial projects.
• Degree from an accredited architectural program.
• Strong Revit proficiency.
• Solid knowledge of building codes, detailing, and construction methods.
• Organized, self-driven, and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Prepare design development and construction documents.
• Coordinate consultant teams and integrate multi-disciplinary work.
• Support construction administration (RFIs, submittals, field coordination).
• Redline drawings and delegate work to junior staff.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and firm standards.
