Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 8+ years of design experience, with a strong background in soft wovens.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing design teams.
• Strong ability to interpret and execute brand identity across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall design vision and seasonal strategy for the Women's Soft Wovens category.
• Develop innovative, trend-forward product that resonates with target customers and meets commercial objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, fostering creativity while maintaining high standards of execution.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Merchandising, and Marketing to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand alignment.
• Analyze market trends, fabrics, and emerging techniques, translating insights into actionable design direction.
• Oversee the creation of tech packs, spec sheets, and production-ready documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in fittings, providing expert direction on garment construction, fit, and overall product refinement.
