Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a Design Director to lead the White Label Wovens business for Men’s, reporting to the Head of Men’s Design. You will shape design direction for Outerwear, Tailoring, Non-Denim Bottoms, and Shirting, ensuring brand voice across collections.

The role requires 8+ years in menswear woven design, a strong point of view, and the ability to mentor designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver compelling seasonal concepts on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 8+ years of wovens design experience and leadership of a full product line.
• Strong knowledge of textiles, materials, and trims.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience mentoring designers and guiding design directions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of White Label Wovens including Outerwear, Tailoring, Non-Denim Bottoms, and Shirting.
• Set design direction, SKs, color palettes, and material suggestions.
• Produce techpacks and design sheets for handoffs to technical design.
• Oversee fittings, ensure fit, construction, and material accuracy.
• Present concepts to Head of Men’s Design and Creative Director.
