Job summary

GOAT USA is seeking a Design Director to lead the creative direction and evolve our apparel collections from Plainview, NY. This senior role requires shaping the design vision, mentoring a high-performing team, and delivering commercially successful products that reflect GOAT USA’s identity.

The ideal candidate combines a strong creative POV with market insight, guiding seasonal line plans and cross-functional collaboration to maintain brand integrity and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 10+ years of apparel design experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and consumer insights.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with PLM and 3D design software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the seasonal design vision across apparel categories.
• Lead and mentor the design team to deliver innovative, commercially successful products.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, and Marketing.
• Oversee fittings, tech packs, and product approvals.
• Translate market insights into compelling product direction.
