This is a complex leadership role combining design expertise, client relationship management, business development and commercial project oversight.The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of leading design teams, an established network of industry contacts and the ability to contribute directly to the studio's continued growth and revenue.You will be confident in pitching for new projects, developing business strategies and building lasting client relationships. Acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, from initial client discussions through design development and project closeout, you will play an important role in securing repeat business and expanding the studio's client base.This is a pivotal role that requires involvement across all stages of design, alongside the leadership and mentorship of project teams.
