Job summary

Monica Vinader seeks a Design & Development Director on a 15-month FTC to lead the Design & Development function from brief to development sign-off. You will own the creative calendar, drive the product pipeline and ensure timely delivery across cross-functional teams, while upholding MV's design language.

You will report to the Chief Product Officer, lead a small team, and work 2–3 days per week from our Norfolk office with hybrid options to suit.

Qualifications

• Lead the team of three direct reports in design and development.
• Chair critique and sign off to ensure briefs are met.

Responsibilities

• Own the seasonal creative plan and go-to-market milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Merchandising, Supply and Category teams.
• Manage design brief, development milestones and critical path.
