Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a senior engineer to lead our Systemwide Design Corridor Management (DCM) team in Lisle, Illinois. The role focuses on coordinating systemwide design initiatives, managing scope, budgets, and client meetings to advance Tollway projects.

The candidate will leverage 10+ years of transportation experience, PE licensure in Illinois, and strong collaboration skills to deliver design deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Illinois.
  • 10+ years of experience leading transportation infrastructure projects for the Illinois Tollway and IDOT.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.

WSP is seeking an experienced professional to leading our Systemwide Design Corridor Management (DCM) team in Lisle, Illinois. In this role, you will assist with project coordination, documentation, and communication efforts across Systemwide design initiatives.

Your Impact

Who You Are
Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD, GEOPAK, InRoads, and OpenRoads
  • Experience using Trimble Unity Construct
  • Familiarity with AASHTO, Illinois Tollway, and IDOT standards and criteria

Compensation:

Expected Salary (all locations): $93,000 - $114,000

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
