We’re growing and looking for a Design Consultant who loves smart home tech and knows how to connect with people.

At Pulse Automation & Security, we help homeowners and builders design spaces that are smarter, safer, and more enjoyable. From lighting control and home theaters to security systems and whole-house audio, we create custom solutions that make a difference in people’s lives.

We're looking for someone who knows how to build trust, follow through, and guide clients from vision to reality. AV experience is great—but not required. We’ll teach the tech. Sales experience is a must.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Meet with homeowners and builders to learn what they want and help design the right solution.

Build and present custom proposals using our quoting software.

Stay in touch with leads and guide them through the full sales and installation process.

Grow relationships with local builders, remodelers, and designers.

Attend job site visits and walkthroughs with our install team as needed.

Represent Pulse at home shows, builder meetings, and community events.

You have proven sales experience (required).

You’re confident, personable, and comfortable asking for the sale.

You follow up well and genuinely enjoy helping people find the right solution.

You’re comfortable working around construction environments and can speak the language of builders and contractors.

Experience in design center sales, lighting showrooms, real estate, or remodeling is a big plus.

AV or low-voltage experience is helpful, but not required.

Base salary + commission (earnings potential $60,000–$100,000+)
