The Opportunity

Our retail expansion in main markets starts with hiring not only the best leaders but also a stellar team. As a Design Consultant, you will be responsible for elevating our guest experience, focusing on nurturing the growth of our complimentary design service. You will partner with other Design Consultants to promote external outreach within the community, supporting and expanding our current market reach. You are the champion of guest engagement, ensuring our guests experience inspiring shopping events where they feel empowered to customize their spaces.

Location: Columbus, OH

Your Impact

• Provide design expertise during scheduled appointments (studio and home visits), virtual consultations, and on-demand design sessions.
• Identify and network with local organizations and businesses that could benefit from Design Solutions services, providing them with marketing materials.
• Support the retail store team with responsibilities such as order entry, visual floorsets, merchandising, store maintenance, standards, and product training.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in interior design, consultation, and event planning.
• Space planning skills.
• Basic drafting skills with the ability to read and interpret architectural and floor plans.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
