HOM Furniture seeks a Design Consultant to guide customers from initial concept to final delivery, offering personalized in-home design services based on each client's style. You will help select furniture and colors and craft floor plans that perfectly fit their homes.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required.
• Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers from start to finish with in-home design services tailored to their style preferences.
• Provide world-class care of customers, select styles and colors, and draw floor plans that match their needs.
• Build relationships with customers based on trust and rapport; serve as an inquisitive solution seeker.
• Receive thorough training on product knowledge, use of HOM Furniture technology, and project management skills.
