What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Collaborate with customers and sales consultants to design beautiful rooms and recommend furniture and accessories
  • Conduct in-home, in-store, and virtual consultations to assess customer needs and preferences
  • Create floor plans and photo-realistic 3D renderings of furniture in customer homes
  • Assist sales consultants in closing transactions by leveraging design knowledge
  • Maintain knowledge of furniture styles, products, and sales processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field, or 2 to 4 years of related experience or training
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation for in-home appointments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Room Planner software is beneficial
  • Ability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • ASID certification
  • Proficiency in full-shot image software
  • Previous experience in the furniture or interior design industry
  • Experience with sales and customer engagement processes
  • Ability to lift and move more than 20 pounds regularly
