American Bathroom Remodelers in San Diego, CA is seeking a Design Consultant for in-home sales to meet with homeowners, assess remodeling goals, and present customized bathroom solutions. You will guide product selections, pricing, financing options, and help convert consults into projects.

This full-time role offers high earning potential with base pay plus uncapped commissions, pre-qualified appointments, weekly pay, paid holidays and PTO, mileage and cell phone reimbursement, plus ongoing

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally between scheduled appointments.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in bathroom remodeling, home improvement, or consultative in-home sales is strongly preferred.
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or interior design is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
