Job Description

Our Design Consultants are responsible for building meaningful long‑term customer relationships. They possess comprehensive knowledge ranging from furniture construction to design trends and use "relationship selling" techniques through interior design consultations and makeovers to maximize selling opportunities. Our consultants take joy in the design process!

Opportunity

Commissions drive your income; there is no limit other than effort. In addition to commission paid on written business, bonus opportunities exist. Experienced Design Consultants average $70,000‑$105,000 per year, with top performers earning up to $135,000.
