Art of Drawers Charleston is seeking a creative Design Consultant to join our Myrtle Beach team. In this role, you will meet homeowners in their spaces, assess needs, and present custom storage solutions that blend function with beauty.

You will use design software to develop plans and build strong client relationships throughout the sales and installation process. You will collaborate with installation crews to ensure satisfaction, meet sales targets, and stay current on trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior design or home improvement sales preferred.
• Strong consultative sales skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency with design or CAD software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home appointments.
• Passion for home organization, interior design, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
