Job summary

Stoneside Blinds & Shades is seeking a Design Consultant to join our energetic team. You will receive extensive training at our corporate headquarters on Stoneside's products and proven sales process, and you will meet clients in their homes or offices to understand their design needs and preferences.

You will develop custom proposals, enter orders into our automated system, and enjoy an entrepreneurial opportunity backed by world-class corporate support.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales success.
• Passion and talent for interior design.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, drive and determination.
• Full-time availability with the ability to work two Saturdays per month.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current liability car insurance.
• Live within 30 miles of downtown.

Responsibilities

• Receive extensive training at our corporate headquarters on Stoneside's products and proven sales process.
• Go on approximately ten appointments per week where you meet with our clients in their homes or office.
• Learn about our customer's needs and design preferences.
• Develop custom proposals to address their needs and tastes.
• Enter our client's orders into our automated system.
• Make no cold calls.
