ZINTEX Remodeling Group is searching for a full-time Outside Sales professional in Lake Charles, LA. The role focuses on conducting in-home presentations to homeowners interested in bathroom remodeling.

You'll receive comprehensive training and tools to succeed, mastering our sales process within 90 days. Key responsibilities include delivering sales presentations and designing bath arrangements using our software.

Qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, and a High School diploma is required. A self-motivated individual with sales experience is preferable.

ZINTEX Remodeling is looking for a full‑time (W‑2) Outside Sales professional to conduct in‑home presentations to pre‑qualified homeowners interested in bathroom remodeling.

You will receive all tools and training needed to be successful, including order processing and post‑sale issue handling. Your responsibilities include mastering our training process within the first 90 days and delivering a proven sales presentation to qualified consumers.

Expectations

• Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad.


• Participate in ongoing sales training weekly during meetings.


• Design new shower/bath arrangements on our proprietary iPad software.


• Deliver price and close sales daily.
